課程概述 |
Applied Mechanics 1 teaches how objects and structures stay stable and balanced (statics). Learn about forces, how things support weight, and the important math behind it. This knowledge sets the stage for studying movement (dynamics) in Applied Mechanics 2. A solid start for future engineers. |

1. To analyze static equilibrium for particles and rigid bodies
2. To analyze static equilibrium of simple structures
3. To analyze static equilibrium considering friction
4. To determine center of gravity and centroid
5. To determine moment of inertia |
